Klarna brings fresh insights to The National Retail Expo.

Klarna partnered with The National Retail Association for this year’s National Retail Expo and Conference, an event providing retailers with valuable takeaways to build their plan for the future. With 15 unique and insightful sessions, networking drinks and exhibition stalls, the NRXpo is an event designed to help retailers boost their business, gain key insights, and come away with valuable takeaways to build their plan for the future. We absolutely loved the chance to network with retailers and industry partners, and have them come and say hi at our stand, and coffee cart.

We welcomed two Klarna speakers at the event; Tyler Condon, Commercial Lead of Klarna x Stocard, gave the keynote speech which deep dived into data and insights from Klarna’s Shopping Pulse Survey. Mathew Hosking, Head of Commercial ANZ, spoke on a panel with Russell Zimmerman (eftpos), Omaya Robinson (Commonwealth Bank of Australia), and Dominique Lamb (National Retail Association) discussing the need for a smoooth payment process, free of unexpected fees and speed bumps both in-store and online.
