Expiry dates for unlocked rewards vary based on the individual reward and can be seen under the reward delivery page. In regards to your vibes, they will expire after a year from the day that you opted into the program.

Go to Settings, then General, and then click Rewards, after which you select Out-out of Klarna’s rewards club. Note, once you have cancelled your account, you can not regain the points if you sign up again, nor receive a new welcome reward.

Klarna’s rewards club is just what it sounds like, a rewards club. It lets you earn vibes when you shop with Klarna, no matter the store. Anyone who has the Klarna app and is over 18 years old can join.

You can review your account or order history by logging in to klarna.com. Once logged in, you’ll be able to review your purchases, payment history, and upcoming payments. You can also download the Klarna app and view your purchase history and remaining balances in the ‘Spending’ tab.

To log in, visit klarna.com, choose ‘Login’ from the top right of the page, and select ‘Private login’. Enter the email address associated with your account and we’ll email you a login link. Please note, the link in your email will expire 24 hours after being sent. You may also log in by downloading the Klarna app. Please note that when you open the email it must be on the same device from which you intend to log in to the app.

In a measure to prevent our customers being the victims of fraudulent activity, we have disabled the ability to complete a name change via the Klarna App or website. If you wish to change your registered name then please contact our customer service team here or through the chat feature on our app.
Please have a valid form of identification on hand because you will be asked to provide proof of identity before a name change can be actioned. Accepted forms of identification would include: Passport, Drivers Licence, or Medicare card.

Via web browser:
To update the address on your account you can go into your profile in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Press ‘General’
- Press ‘Contact Details’
- Press ‘Personal Information’
Via Klarna app:
To update the address on your account log in to the app and then press the smiley face on the top right of the home page.
- Press ‘General’
- Press ‘Contact Details’
- Press ‘Personal Information’
- Amend address and press ‘confirm’

We’re sorry to see you go! To close your credit account, please contact Klarna Customer Service. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid off before your account can be closed. Once you’ve made your final payment, we’ll need to allow 10 days for your payment to clear before closing your account.

To add or change the card details saved on your Klarna account:
- Log into your Klarna app
- Open the ‘Settings’ page
- Choose ‘Payment Methods’ and either choose ‘Add another card’ or press on the card you would like to remove.
You can add multiple cards to your account, but you will not be able to delete an old card without having a new card added first.
