Go to the ‘Spending’ tab at the bottom of the screen and select the purchase you would like to dispute. Once you select your purchase, choose to ‘Report a problem’. Continue and please explain further ‘What went wrong?’. At any time if your issue is resolved, you can mark the dispute as resolved.
