How do I update my registered name with Klarna?

In a measure to prevent our customers being the victims of fraudulent activity, we have disabled the ability to complete a name change via the Klarna App or website. If you wish to change your registered name then please contact our customer service team.

Please have a valid form of identification on hand because you will be asked to provide proof of identity before a name change can be actioned. Accepted forms of identification would include: Passport, Drivers Licence, or Medicare card.
