My purchase was denied, why do I still have a pending authorisation hold on my card?

If you don’t successfully make a purchase, the authorisation hold will be released within 5-7 business days, but it may take longer depending on your financial institution.

In case you are still charged for the order, please contact our customer service with a proof of cancelation from the store and they can help you!

If you still see the card as active in the app, you can still cut up the card. By doing this we will release the pending transaction within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that your financial institution will need some time to process this to your bank statement.
