Why am I asked for a pin at the counter?
Generally, your Digital card should not require a pin code when purchasing or returning in a physical store. However, if it’s being processed on an older payment terminal, you may be asked for a pin code when spending $200 or more, or when making a refund request. Please refer to information in the in-store help screen in the Klarna App if this is the case. The in-store help screen is accessible by clicking “In-store” then the “i” button.
