How can I change my phone number?

You can change your phone number directly in the app:
  1. 1.
    Go to your profile, in the More tab
  2. 2.
    Navigate to Account info and address
  3. 3.
    Tap Phone Number and then Add number
  4. 4.
    A code will be sent to your new phone number
  5. 5.
    Once your new phone number is verified, remove your old phone number
You will receive an email confirmation that the old number was removed.
I lost access to the phone number associated with my Klarna account
To regain access:
  1. 1.
    Go to the Login page and enter your email address
  2. 2.
    Enter the verification code received by email
  3. 3.
    When asked for your phone number, select Lost Access to Phone Number
  4. 4.
    Submit your currently registered phone number
  5. 5.
    Follow the verification prompts to regain access to your account.
During verification, you will be asked to scan a valid identification document and to take a quick video selfie.
