How can I request the deletion of my personal data?

To delete your card information:

  1. 1.
    Go to Payment preferences, in your profile
  2. 2.
    Choose the card you want to delete
  3. 3.
    Tap Settings
  4. 4.
    Select Remove card

To stop receiving marketing emails from us:

  1. 1.
    Go to Communication preferences, in your profile
  2. 2.
    Find Deals and offers
  3. 3.
    Tap Emails and turn off the toggle
Good to know: As a financial institution, there is certain personal data we are required to store in order to stay compliant with banking laws and regulations.

How can I request the deletion of my personal data?

If you have decided to stop using Klarna, you can handle the account closure and deletion of personal information directly in your account settings:
  1. 1.
    Go to your profile
  2. 2.
    Select Security and privacy.
  3. 3.
    Tap Privacy rights and choose Delete personal data.
