Good to know! As a new Klarna user and while we still get to know you, you can make your first purchase with one of our partnered stores online. Once you have completely paid for an order with a value of approximately $70, you will unlock our One-time Card function within the app.

When you’re ready to pay, look for the pink Klarna badge at checkout and select Klarna as your payment method. You can then choose the payment option that works best for you. Any remaining payments can be managed in your account in the Klarna app or on Klarna.com, where you’ll also receive reminders and updates to help you stay on track.

Yes, when you use our Pay in 4, or pay later credit products, we conduct a credit check to assess your eligibility for credit. This helps us ensure responsible lending and assist our customers to make good financial choices for their circumstances.

Yes, Klarna uses security measures to protect your personal and payment information. Payments are processed securely.

Returns are handled directly through the store. Once the return is processed by Cotton On, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly. This may include updating upcoming payments or issuing a refund if you’ve already paid. You’ll be notified by Klarna once the adjustment has been made.
