Klarna engineering graduate program.

Put your knowledge into practice. At Klarna, engineering graduates solve real business problems.

The 12-month split.

When you join us through the engineering graduate program, you will be employed full-time in one of our offices in Stockholm or Berlin.

Each graduate opportunity lasts for 12 months and allows you to experience working in two different teams. After you complete six months in your, what we call, home team, you will rotate to your away team for three months, before rotating back to your home team. This way, you will get a better understanding of your and your team’s impact and experience first-hand the way teams connect and work together in the wider Klarna ecosystem.

Throughout the twelve months, you will go through a series of training modules designed to provide you with the right skills and knowledge to support your development and fast-track your growth. You will also have a buddy, a person from Klarna, who will be there to ensure you receive the support and mentoring you need to fast-track your growth.

6 months

In the first six months, you will work in your home team.

3 months

After six months it is time for your team rotation. Now you will both get to practice what you have learned from your home team but also get even more experience and insights from your away team.
