Service Delivery Lead - As a part of the Detection team, we protect Klarna by detecting fraud. Essentially, we do our best to stop bad people.
The promise of a fast-moving global disruptor giving the finger to outdated traditions was an easy appeal to me. I sent in an application to be an English speaking service agent in Klarna but after going through the initial interviews, I was offered to pursue a position in the Fraud Detection team instead. I would have never imagined myself to be working in the fraud space but I’m so glad I went for it! The Talent Acquisition team hit the mark on their assessment, as here I am, developing in the same team since and now progressed to become a Fraud Detection Lead.

Working for a fintech that puts great emphasis on speed and growth can be challenging and demanding, but I feel very lucky to be surrounded by so many passionate and driven colleagues.
