The 12 month split.
The programs are a full-time employment in Stockholm or Berlin, in which you will be hired in to a team matching your skills and interests. This is where you’ll stay the first six months. Then, during a period of three-six months you’ll rotate to a stakeholder team. This way you get a better understanding on the impact of your teams work and how the problem spaces connect with each other.
You’ll be invited to several training modules throughout the journey to expand and deepen your knowledge in specific areas. During the year, you will also get support from a buddy. This ensures that you always have a person to ask for support, but also someone who can get you up to speed quickly.
In the final stage of the program you’ll get to test out the irregular path at Klarna and find your next opportunity in the company.

Klarna is organized in several competences, or skill sets. As a participant you get to choose which competence you want to join and rotate within. We hire graduates in both Stockholm and to our Berlin offices, but we welcome applicants from all over the world.
