Klarna graduate programs.

Kick start your career. Discover where you want to make an impact through Klarnas graduate programs.

The 12 month split.

The programs are a full-time employment in Stockholm, Berlin, Milan or Giessen, in which you will be hired into a team matching your skills and interests. This is where you’ll stay the first six months. Then, during a period of three to six months you’ll rotate to a stakeholder team. This way you get a better understanding on the impact of your team’s work and how the problem spaces connect with each other.

You’ll be invited to several training modules throughout the journey to expand and deepen your knowledge in specific areas. During the year, you will also get support from a buddy. This ensures that you always have a person to ask for support, but also someone who can get you up to speed quickly.

When the program is completed, you choose your own path at Klarna.
