Solve real business challenges.
Step into Europe’s highest valued private fintech company and discover your own irregular path. The programs are designed to give you the tools and knowledge needed to shine at Klarna and in the industry. It's your chance to learn from some of the most talented and innovative leaders in a fast paced international environment. You'll gain insights and solve real business challenges in one of our many areas. You choose where your journey starts! It's anything but easy, yet highly rewarding.
The 12 month split.
The programs are a full-time employment in Stockholm, Berlin, Milan or Giessen, in which you will be hired in to a team matching your skills and interests. This is where you’ll stay the first six months. Then, during a period of three-six months you’ll rotate to a stakeholder team. This way you get a better understanding on the impact of your teams work and how the problem spaces connect with each other.
You’ll be invited to several training modules throughout the journey to expand and deepen your knowledge in specific areas. During the year, you will also get support from a buddy. This ensures that you always have a person to ask for support, but also someone who can get you up to speed quickly.
When the program is completed you start your irregular path at Klarna.
