I used the wrong payment information, what can I do?

If your payment cannot be matched to your order, the amount will be automatically refunded. Be sure to pay before the due date to avoid being charged late fees.
I paid too much
No worries. If you overpaid, the excess amount will be automatically refunded to you within 5 to 7 business days.
I didn't pay enough
You can pay the balance before the due date using the same payment information.
