How do I change my bank account details?

You can request to change bank account details in the Merchant portal. First off, check if you’re logged in as the admin and have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. Then go to Settings > Change bank account details to submit your request.

Good to know: only admin users with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled can submit the change of bank account details in the Merchant portal. The request needs to be signed by an authorized signatory.
