What are my merchant responsibilities in case of a dispute?
You’ll receive a dispute request in the Disputes section in the Merchant portal where we’ll ask for relevant information regarding each dispute. You’ll need to reply before the dispute deadline so make sure not to miss this.
Good to know: we want to make sure you don’t miss anything. That’s why reminders are sent to you 3 days before the dispute deadline. The reminders will be sent to the email address you registered during your sign up for the Disputes access in the Merchant portal.
