What does the ´Pending’ or ‘Rejected’ order status mean in the Merchant portal?
If an order status is shown as ‘Pending’, this means our Fraud team is manually reviewing the order. This process can take up to 24 hours. You should wait with fulfilling the order until the status changes from ‘Pending’ to ‘Approved’. You can verify the status of the order in the Order’s activity log (found at the bottom of the Order page in the Merchant portal). A ‘Rejected’ order has been reviewed and rejected by our Fraud department. Customers with rejected orders can contact our Customer service team with any questions or concerns.
