Why are my payouts suspended?

If you’ve just completed your onboarding process, and the status of your payouts is shown as ‘suspended’ in the Settlements section of the Merchant portal – you can relax. This is the usual status displayed to all newly onboarded merchants as we ensure everything works correctly. So, give some time for the information to be updated.

Not a new merchant? Then your bank account details are most likely not valid, meaning you need to add new bank account details.
