How do I cancel an order?

Cancellations are subject to the store’s cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact the store where you made your purchase. If you have an outstanding Klarna balance and your cancellation hasn’t been registered by the due date, please contact us for further assistance.

Do you want to cancel your Wish order?
You can cancel the order within 8 hours of placing the order. Use the “Order History” options in the Wish app and click on “Contact Support”. The order cannot be canceled if it was placed more than 8 hours ago or if it has already been shipped. If you have any further questions, use your Wish app or log in to wish.com.
