How do I log in?

In the Klarna app

  • Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Klarna purchases and we’ll email you a login link or text you a one-time passcode.

On klarna.com

  • Visit klarna.com/ch or click here
  • Choose ‘Login’ from the top right of the page, and select ‘Private login’
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • We’ll email you a login link

Good to know: The link in your email will expire 2 hours after being sent
