You do not need to pay for goods that are broken or faulty. Please contact the online store and follow their instructions regarding faulty or otherwise unacceptable goods.

Make sure to log in or in the Klarna app to let us know by clicking on “Report a problem”. By doing so your statement will be paused until you’ve resolved your reclamation with the store.
