I have received damaged or wrong items. What should I do?

If you receive items that you didn’t order, please contact the merchant and follow their return instructions.

Please contact Wish via the app or to ​support@wish.com and send them evidence of the issue – one or two photos.

 

Good to know: Contact us in the event of problems. We will then pause your invoice and postpone the payment.
