I’ve made a purchase but can’t get the delivery and want to cancel the order. What do I do?
Cancellations are subject to the store’s cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact the merchant where you made your purchase.
Once the store has confirmed the cancellation, we will update your payments accordingly.
Do you want to cancel a Wish order?
You can cancel an order made with Wish within 8 hours of placing it. Therefore use the “Order History” in the Wish app or on wish.com and “Contact Support”. The order can’t be cancelled if it was placed or shipped more than 8 hours ago.
Good to know: If the order has already been shipped, please call us or write to us using the contact form at klarna.ch, so we can pause the invoice for you.
