I’ve received a request for payment for a purchase that has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. What do I do?

In order to take necessary precautions for the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, some merchants are cancelling certain orders that you may have placed. Some of these orders might be events, flights or other travel services. Please reach out directly to the merchant to inquire about the status of your goods, event or in the case of travel to inquire about the status of the booking.
