My order was not confirmed, what can I do?
If your order has not been confirmed after a couple of days, we recommend contacting the merchant to get further support and either have the order cancelled or processed. As soon as the merchant processes the order you will receive an invoice.
Are you waiting for an order confirmation from Wish?
If an order has not been processed by Wish within 9 business days, it will be automatically cancelled. As soon as your order gets cancelled you will receive an email from us. In that case you are free to place a new order.
