Where can I view my balance and invoices?

You can view all your invoices and the remaining balances of your orders placed after the 1st of June 2021 by logging into the Klarna app or here. Once logged in the app, select ‘My Klarna’ to navigate between your purchases, payments, or your Klarna Financing Account to view your payments as well as invoice history.

Still unable to view your invoices?
Orders placed with Klarna are linked to the email address the order was placed with, for that reason it is important to check that you have logged into your Klarna profile with the email address you have used to place the order. We recommend you to always use the same email address when you shop with Klarna. To see what email address is connected to the order, we would recommend you to check the confirmation email you received from the store.

If you are unable to view your orders after logging in with the email address connected to the order, you may have made a typo when entering the email address in the checkout of the store. In this case, please contact our customer service team for support. To keep your personal data safe and secure additional verification will be required before our customer service agent can discuss your order(s).

Have you shopped with Klarna before June 01, 2021?
You can find the payment information of orders placed before the 1st of June 2021 in your email inbox. Make sure to also check the spam (trash) folder in your inbox. Important emails sometimes end up there. If you can’t find the payment information, please contact the merchant’s customer service.
