Corporate Governance Reports.

Klarna produces its Corporate Governance Reports according to the Swedish Annual Accounts Act on an annual basis, and has decided to produce a report which is separate from the Annual Report.

Klarna’s shares are not admitted to trading on a regulated market and are therefore not obliged to comply with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.

The Corporate Governance Report also includes a separate section containing the Board’s description of internal control and risk management regarding financial reporting.

The Corporate Governance Report is reviewed by the auditors.
