I believe my API credentials are being misused. What should I do?

Your company’s Administrator should:

  1. 1.

    Go to Settings in the Merchant Portal

  2. 2.

    Select API credentials

  3. 3.

    Disable the credentials

  4. 4.

    Generate  a new set of API credentials to replace the previous one in your integration.

Good to know: 

  • You can find all API activities between your store and Klarna for the last 7 days in the Logs section of the Merchant portal.

  • Use API activities to look for order management actions outside of your business hours. If you’ve found evidence of unauthorized or suspicious activity, contact us so we can investigate.
