The Klarna integration is not working. What should I do?
If you can’t see Klarna listed as an option in the checkout of your store, it might be because:
Klarna’s plug-in is not activated
Your Terms and Conditions page is not linked
Another plug-in is disrupting Klarna’s plug-in
The design of your webshop, meaning your theme, is not compatible with Klarna’s plug-in
If Klarna is showing as an option in the checkout of your store, but it’s not possible to complete an order:
Check test mode has been turned on, and should be turned off
Be sure your Klarna API credentials are entered in the correct locationEnsure the correct version of the Klarna plug-in has been installed
