The Klarna integration is not working. What should I do?

If you can’t see Klarna listed as an option in the checkout of your store, it might be because:

  • Klarna’s plug-in is not activated

  • Your Terms and Conditions page is not linked

  • Another plug-in is disrupting Klarna’s plug-in

  • The design of your webshop, meaning your theme, is not compatible with Klarna’s plug-in

If Klarna is showing as an option in the checkout of your store, but it’s not possible to complete an order:

  • Check test mode has been turned on, and should be turned off

  • Be sure your Klarna API credentials are entered in the correct locationEnsure the correct version of the Klarna plug-in has been installed
