The user access is not saved. What should I do?

To ensure user permission access is saved, be sure to always add user permissions when assigning a store (MID) to a user.  

  1. 1.

    Use the Invite user feature in the Merchant Portal to add new users or modify existing user permissions. 

  2. 2.

    Check if the activation email was received and followed by the user. The status will show as Activation pending until the user activates their account.

Resend the activation email with user permissions from the Merchant Portal by tapping the user's email address and selecting Resend activation email.
