Yes, you can customize the appearance (font, size, color) and the placement of the message to better suit the look and feel of your website in the

section of the Klarna Merchant Portal. The message content, the payment method advertised, and the legal disclosures displayed by Klarna cannot be changed or customized.

Good to know: 

  • If you’re a Shopify retailer, customizations made in the Merchant Portal are compatible with the Klarna On-site Messaging app.
