What do I need to do when there is a delivery delay?
You need to postpone the payment due date whenever your customer is not going to get the order on time.
You can postpone due dates on fully captured Pay Later orders, as long as the order is not paid nor disputed.
The original due date must be less than 20 days in the past.
To postpone the payment due date:
Go to the order page in the Merchant Portal
Select the order and tap Extend due date by either 10, 15, or 20 working days
Good to know:
Any cost incurred to you for postponing the due date is shown in a pop-up before you approve the new due date. Partners are not allowed to debit consumers for the cost of postponing due dates
