What do I need to do when there is a delivery delay?

You need to postpone the payment due date whenever your customer is not going to get the order on time.

  • You can postpone due dates on fully captured Pay Later orders, as long as the order is not paid nor disputed.

  • The original due date must be less than 20 days in the past.

To postpone the payment due date:

  1. Go to the order page in the Merchant Portal

  2. Select the order and tap Extend due date by either 10, 15, or 20 working days

  • Good to know:

  • Any cost incurred to you for postponing the due date is shown in a pop-up before you approve the new due date. Partners are not allowed to debit consumers for the cost of postponing due dates

  • This feature is available only once per purchase.
