When should I postpone an order’s invoice due date?

You should postpone the invoice due date if there is a delay in shipping the order.

You can postpone due dates on fully captured Pay Later orders, as long as the order is not paid nor disputed. 

To postpone a customer invoice:

  1. 1.

    Go to the order page 

  2. 2.

    Select the order 

  3. 3.

    Tap Extend due date
