Why are my payouts suspended?
New partner
If you’ve just completed your onboarding process and your payouts’ status is shown as ‘suspended’ under Settlements in the Merchant portal, this is absolutely normal. This is the usual status displayed to all newly onboarded partners while we ensure everything works correctly. So, give some time for the information to be updated.
Not a new partner?
Then your bank account details are most likely not valid, meaning you need to add new bank account details.
