The Karnvial of Retail Wonders will host carnival rides and games with an ultimate pop prize up for grabs

London, 3rd September 2021: Klarna, the leading payments and shopping service, will be hosting its own Karnival of Retail Wonders at this year’s Mighty Hoopla Festival bringing retail to life through a carnival experience of games and mega prizes.

The Karnival of Retail Wonders will host larger than life interactive fairground games, Instagrammable photo moments and chill-out zones. All the carnival classics will be there but with a Klarna twist, including Hook a Shoe, Bling Toss and the Lipstick Shy with prizes of popcorn, candyfloss and rainbow marshmallows up for grabs. Karnvial goers will also be able to sit in Giant Teacups and get the ultimate festival look with endless sustainable glitter.

To add to the excitement, festival-goers who play and win all three games will be entered into a draw to watch pop-sensation, Cheryl, from the VIP enclosure. Also up for grabs is a Groopla ticket for six friends to attend next year’s Mighty Hoopla. To enter, people simply need to share a picture at the Karnival, tag @Klarna.UK with the hashtag, #KlarnaKarnival.

The Mighty Hoopla festival welcomes 25,000 people to London’s Brockwell Park to unite people through music, fashion and acceptance. The ultimate pop extravaganza embraces the best of queer culture across six stages and tents welcoming over 200 artists including Cheryl, Alexandra Burke, Becky Hill and Gabrielle.

Emily Thomas, Consumer PR Lead at Klarna, said, “We are so excited to be hosting our Karnival of Retail Wonders at Mighty Hoopla. Fashion is about self-expression, confidence and identity and following our successful partnerships with Attitude Pride at Home and the LGBT Foundation, we are delighted to continue supporting the LGBTQ+ community. We are looking forward to meeting all the festival-goers, enjoy the Karnival and win some fantastic prizes.”
