Listing of Notes and Choice of Home Member State.

The SEK 2,000,000,000 floating rate senior unsecured notes issued by Klarna Bank AB (publ) on 22 September 2017 have now been listed on the STO Corporate Bonds list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

In conjunction with this, Klarna Bank AB (publ) has chosen Sweden as its home member state pursuant to the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528) and the EU Transparency Directive (2004/109/EC). As a result, Klarna Bank AB (publ) will publish information in respect of its listed notes in accordance with Swedish law and the regulations of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
