My purchase was denied, why do I still have a pending authorisation hold on my card?
When creating a one-time card, an authorisation hold of 25% will be placed on your card. If you don’t successfully make a purchase, any hold placed on your payment card will be released within 24 hours. Depending on your financial institution, it might take between 1 to 7 business days for this to reflect on your account.
If you are still being charged for a failed or cancelled purchase, it could be due to the store not entirely cancelling the order. Please reach out to our customer service for assistance, with the confirmation from the store on hand that your order has been cancelled.
