What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?

Please contact the store and follow their instructions regarding any problem related to the products of your order. Make sure to log in here or in the Klarna app to let us know by clicking on “Report a problem”. By doing so, your statement will be paused until you’ve resolved your reclamation with the store.
