It helps you to browse and have confidence in what you're buying online by connecting you directly with product experts through live chats and video calls to receive product advice and inspiration. Virtual Shopping lets you connect with retail teams to let you benefit from their expertise online in an authentic and interactive way, allowing them to share photos and videos, and demo products live directly in the chat.

You can connect with product expert when you click the Virtual Shopping icon (see the ‘How it works’ section). Once connected, you can chat, receive photos and videos, follow product recommendations, and even have a two-way video chat. It's like being able to access personal shopping advice while you shop online.

Virtual Shopping is currently available on the websites of over 150 global brands across 19 markets. More retailers are integrating with Virtual Shopping, so be sure to check back regularly to see where else you can benefit from Virtual Shopping.
