No, it is not possible to cancel a payment made by Klarna’s direct banking once the transfer order has been received by your bank, as is the case for any other transfers or payment in advance. Of course, the merchant has to refund your money within the normal refund process or in case of revocation or withdrawal. Please directly contact the merchant / provider you ordered from.
