As soon as the purchase is completed the customer receives a confirmation and can immediately see all the details in the Klarna app. While we handle the settlement process for your customers you get guaranteed payment, upfront and in full.

Paying is as smoooth as buying.

When it’s time to make a payment customers can choose between different settlement options, paying with one click, schedule payment for a certain date, snooze the repayment date and even converting the purchase to an instalment plan.

Flexible payments.

Every customer and purchase is different so Pay later offers flexibility to meet these different needs and can easily be integrated into your existing customer journeys. Both online and in-store purchases are tailored to meet the needs of the consumer in every situation with a smart and intuitive presentation. Pay later requires payment within 14 days of purchase, with other options available including up to 90 days for a nominal one-off fee. Pay Later is available across multiple regions.

Risk-free shopping.

Pay later gives customers the ability to try, touch, feel and only pay for goods they recieve and decide to keep. Our Buyer Protection guarantees they won’t have to pay for things they buy online that are defective, incomplete or just not what they ordered.

Customers are given the ability to Pay later while you get paid upfront in full and even if a customer should default, you still get paid: We take all the risk.

Friction-free shopping.

Pay later is a friction-free payment method where first-time customers can complete the purchase by entering only a few top of mind personal details . The customer can then decide after making the purchase when and how they want to pay, with no interest and payment due after a predefined number of days.

Pre-fill from customer recognition eliminates friction and effort for the customer and enables one click buying across the entire Klarna merchant network, even if it’s their first time shopping from a particular merchant.

Hassle-free shopping.

The Klarna app provides customers with control and flexibility to pay when and how they want, in a way that suits their personal circumstances and needs. Pay later purchases can be paid with a single click, scheduled for a specific date, converted to instalments, and “snoozed” giving customers more time to make their payment. Additionally repayment requirements are paused while returns are processed, to reduce customer frustration.
