To celebrate and recognise not only International Women’s Day but the whole of Women’s History Month we’re proud and delighted to have partnered with Dress For Success™ and their campaign Your Hour, Her Power™.

Dress for Success is an international nonprofit organisation that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.

Your Hour, Her Power®, is inspired by the belief that when a woman has access to opportunities that can change her life, she becomes powerful beyond measure. By giving the equivalent of just one hour of your pay, you give a Dress for Success woman access to programs, services, and tools that will help her achieve economic advancement.

Throughout March we’ll be publishing articles here on the Extra O featuring women in business including Jacqueline Gold, CEO at Ann Summers; Anna Singh, Founder of Chinti & Parker; as well as our very own Chief Expansion Officer at Klarna, Camilla Giesecke.

Don’t forget to check out our Instagram for female led and owned retailers plus inspiration from women in the world of business, fashion and pop culture throughout the month of March.

If you’d like to donate an hour of your salary please visit Your Hour, Her Power campaign page where you can find out more details about the campaign and the great work Dress For Success is doing to empower and champion women around the globe.
