Klarna’s Consumer Council goes virtual for 2021

At Klarna, we are customer obsessed which means that we’re on a mission to change shopping to ensure you always have the smooothest experience. This is why we announced our global Klarna Consumer Council initiative which kicked off last year with a series of face-to-face meetups where we asked you, our consumers, exactly what you thought about your experience – no holds barred. 

We learnt a lot about what you loved, what you weren’t so keen on and what you thought could be improved. As a result, we implemented a number of changes including additional reminders, content to address misconceptions and one time passwords for added security. 

The Consumer Council is invaluable to us and, since we can’t hold a physical event at the moment, we’re launching our next event straight into UK homes. For our first 2021 events in March, you will be able to meet- albeit virtually – with some of the core Klarna team from our London office. The great thing about holding events online is that it doesn’t matter where in the UK you’re based as there’s no travel involved!
