What inspired you to work at Klarna?
I joined Klarna after they acquired Close Brother Retail Finance, at the time Klarna was starting to become more and more popular which made the opportunity all the more exciting
Can you describe working at Klarna in 3 words?
Fascinating, innovative and fast-paced!
What do you love most about your job?
It’s definitely the people. A very close second is the autonomy over your work which allows you to know that what you’re doing is making a tangible difference to Klarna
How does what you do influence Klarna?
I generate data-driven insights for the purpose of creating informed recommendations & strategies.
What’s your biggest accomplishment to date?
Collaborating with some of the largest UK merchants to help their businesses grow with Klarna!
What did you do that got you the Hi 5 award?
I was nominated by a colleague for my work in driving the analytics tools & capabilities within the UK.
What’s your day-to-day?
Currently I’m working on a project to help bring to life the truth about Klarna – prior to that I was working in our Partner Success North Team generating & presenting insights to our Partners as well as supporting our commercial team with proposals for new / renewing partners.
What surprised you about working at Klarna?
The ‘Klarna ways of working’ and how they enable hundreds of teams to deliver quality results.

- Kevin Hart (The comedian…not relative)

They are all geniuses in their fields!
What’s your favourite purchase you’ve ever made using Klarna?
My running shoes from Runners Need – they definitely got me through lockdown!
Who is your role model?
My Parents and a handful of Klarnauts.
What’s your favourite Klarna memory?
It’s tough to pick one, it must be a tie between my Klarna Onboarding in Stockholm and the annual ‘Klarna Kick-off’ in Berlin.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A palaeontologist (I think this must have developed from my love for Jurassic Park as a child!)
