The Klarna card is here: we’re launching a no interest physical card in the UK.

It’s official! We are launching our own physical Klarna card in the UK! With our new card, you will be able to enjoy the flexibility and convenience to pay later for your purchases everywhere in physical stores.

Our new Klarna card will allow you to use ‘Pay in 30’, but watch this space as we’re planning to add more payment methods in the future.

We are super excited about this next step in our evolution and that we are bringing you flexible, transparent and convenient payment options in a physical sense! We know that our Pay Later products are a sustainable alternative to traditional credit, providing clear payment schedules and no interest. 

How do I get involved?

Are you interested in getting a little pink or black card in your wallet? Great news, we will be reaching out to our eligible consumers in the coming months. You can sign up to be on the waitlist by tapping ‘Klarna Card’ in the latest version of our app or from your account here.

So how does it work?

With our card you can shop anywhere Visa is accepted (online, in-store, at home or abroad), regardless of whether a retailer offers Klarna. You can easily add the card to your Apple Pay and Google Pay and make contactless payments in-store. 

You can manage your card within our app, which will show you spending overviews of where you’ve shopped, what you owe, and when you need to pay. You will also receive handy payment reminders to keep you on track. Misplaced your card? Not to worry, we have included short-term card blocking within our app, so you can quickly and easily put a pause on spending until you locate it. 

The same as our Pay Later products, you can pay early, or hit the Snooze button to extend the due date for up to 10 days if you need more time for free.

    Bank statements can be difficult to read, do you really know what you spent your money on? Say goodbye to the old and hello to a new way to view your spending. With the Klarna card, you get an overview of all purchases within our app showing what you actually purchased.
