- Development of subscription and gift boxes, which thanks to 3D technology customers can personalise and design to reflect their style.
- The Lush Tokyo flagship store is the first Lush Labs store with zero packaging, and offers a digital shoppable window where shoppers can scan products on display using the Lens feature on the retailer’s app to buy curated collections and new product drops.
- The Lush Labs App offers customers augmented reality experiences and personal shopping services throughout the pandemic.
- A bespoke till to speed up in-store transactions.
