If you are selling goods to customers in another country, your IBAN number is required in order to receive international payments. You will find the IBAN number associated with your bank account in your online banking or you can contact your bank.

If you signed your agreement online at klarna.com, simply to log in to the Merchant Portal and go to the Products app. At the bottom of the page you will find a confirmation copy of Klarna’s Terms and Conditions, which in this case is your agreement.
If you signed up through a partner or via a unique integration with the Klarna Sales team, please retain a copy of your agreement for future reference or contact Klarna Merchant Support via an administrator email address.

The binding period is 12 months. The agreement will be renewed automatically one month before the binding period ends. Klarna retains the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
If you signed up for Klarna using our website klarna.com, you have no binding period on your agreement.

In order for your agreement to be approved, the following criteria must be met. Additionally, Klarna performs an individual risk assessment of all merchants, which in some cases might require further documentation. Should you have any questions contact Merchant Support:
The following details must be visible on your webshop:
- Organisation number – please note that the organisation number specified on the webshop must match the one registered with Klarna
- Registered company name
- Registered company address
- Prices on the products including transaction currency
- Product description
- Terms and conditions
- Your contact details including an email address
- Return policy including 14 days return rights
- Shipping policy. If shipping costs are added, the amount needs to be specified
- Estimated delivery time
Additionally,
- Your URL must be live
- Your URL must not redirect to another website
- All links on the webshop must work, no error messages should appear
