How do I update my personal details?

In a measure to prevent our customers from being the victims of fraudulent activity, we have disabled the ability to change the following personal details via the Klarna app or website:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Billing address

If you wish to change any of these details, contact our Customer service team.

Please have a valid form of identification on hand because you will be asked to provide proof of identity before a change of personal details is actioned. Examples of accepted proof of identity include passport and UK driving licence.
