I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?
Many stores are currently experiencing shipping delays due to increased demand. If you have not yet received your order, please contact the store from which you made your purchase for tracking information. Please use the tracking number provided by the store for the latest progress on your order’s estimated delivery.
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your goods. Log in here or in the app to let us know by clicking on “Report a problem”. By doing so your statement will be paused until you’ve received your order. You can find out more about Klarna Buyer Protection here. If you have already paid for the order, Klarna will refund you if the store processes a return under their refund policy.
We ask you to directly contact the store to resolve any issues you may have on your order. If the store updates your order it will be automatically reflected in our systems. You can check the status of your statement anytime here or in your Klarna app.
Waiting for your stuff from Wish?
Wish shipping time is usually between 4 to 6 weeks. You can see the expected delivery time of your order on the “Order history” in the Wish app.
If your delivery date has passed and you have not yet received your goods, contact Wish Customer Support to ask about the status of your order. You can contact them using the Wish app or on their website. Go to your “”Order History”” page and select “”Customer Support””.
