There’s something wrong with my order. Do I need to pay my statement?

You do not need to pay for goods which are broken or faulty. Please contact the online store and follow their instructions regarding faulty or otherwise unacceptable goods.

Make sure to log in here or in the Klarna app to dispute your order by clicking on “Report a problem”. By doing so your statement will be paused until you’ve resolved your reclamation with the merchant. Further information about Klarna’s Buyer Protection can be found here.
