What details do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

When you first open your Klarna Account we will need the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your billing address
  • Your date of birth
  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your email address

All information will be sent to your email address, so it is important you provide the right contact details. If you do not receive your monthly statements you may become liable for late payment fees.

If you change your email address after you have placed an order, please contact Customer Service and we will help you update your information.
