Log in to your Wish app or Web page and go to “My Order” – Returns and refunds. Click through the steps and choose the item(s) that you wish to return, you will then get information on where to send the goods and barcodes to mark each package with.
Remember to also contact our Klarna Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your statement. Please provide us with your ‘Question number’ that you received from Wish when contacting them through their app or website.
